The condo is located right on the Cumberland River within a mile of both Historic Germantown and Downtown Nashville in an industrialized block. It sits right by the Greenway, which is perfect for jogging, biking or just taking a stroll down the length of Riverfront drive. There is a police station right down the road so it is very safe and highly patrolled as well! The Nashville Sounds, First Tennessee Park, Centennial Park, and the Farmers Market are only a few blocks away. It is about a mile away from Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ascend Amphitheater, Ryman Auditorium, and Nissan Stadium.
