The condo is located right on the Cumberland River within a mile of both Historic Germantown and Downtown Nashville in an industrialized block. It sits right by the Greenway, which is perfect for jogging, biking or just taking a stroll down the length of Riverfront drive. There is a police station right down the road so it is very safe and highly patrolled as well! The Nashville Sounds, First Tennessee Park, Centennial Park, and the Farmers Market are only a few blocks away. It is about a mile away from Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ascend Amphitheater, Ryman Auditorium, and Nissan Stadium. Enjoy concerts, sporting events and honky tonks featuring live music and great artists every night of the week.

Guests have full access to the condo, pool, laundry & workout facilities, and free parking. The condo is private with a keyless entrance, and entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

This unit is on the second floor with one flight of steps to enter. The condo has TV's in both rooms. The condo's kitchen is stocked with many things, however we only provide coffee grounds for the drip coffee maker. There is a Keurig-type machine, but you will need to supply your own pods. We also provide salt and pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil. If you would like to use more spices etc, you will need to provide your own.
