Situated just less than a mile from Broadway in downtown Nashville, this condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a fantastic getaway. We provide free parking, free wifi, free streaming, and all of the linens / pans and coffee you will need! The top story balcony overlooks the Cumberland River for fantastic views! Sit on the front balcony and enjoy a coffee or drink as you watch the boats roll by! Condo has a Tempurpedic queen mattress in the bedroom for super comfy sleeping. Additional guests can sleep on the provided air mattress or memory foam. Please do not instant book this property if you are a local guest. Inquire before reserving if you are from the Nashville area. We reserve the right to cancel any and all reservations from local guests.

**Please Note the pool opening is at the complete discretion of the condominium association and is weather permitting. It is estimated to be opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
